Cornmint Mentha arvensis L. oil refreshes the breath and is often used in sweets and dental care products due to its mint flavor.
The sweet, invigorating aroma is cleansing and activating with a good mood factor.
It can be used on the skin for toning, e.g. on trigger points around the temples.
The essential oil of field mint has a particularly high menthol content of approx. 65%.
- Fresh breath.
- Harmonization.
- Cleanses the mouth.
- Food flavoring for a great mint taste.
- For particularly fresh breath, put some oil on your toothbrush before brushing your teeth.
- Add 1 drop to 125 ml of water and drink slowly to harmonize.
- Add 3-4 drops to the fragrance lamp with water.
- Mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil and enjoy a soothing massage.
- Add 5 drops to bath water.
